Why SpineClarity exists
Spine MRI reports now land in patient portals immediately — usually before anyone has explained them. In clinic, I meet patients every week who have spent days or weeks worrying about words like "disc desiccation" or "moderate stenosis" that may have little to do with how they actually feel. Many spine MRI findings are common, age-related changes that also appear in people with no pain at all; and sometimes the finding that matters most gets lost in the middle of a long report.
SpineClarity started as a library: plain-language explanations of the terms radiologists use, the conditions they describe, and the treatments patients ask about — written the way I explain them in clinic.
For patients who want help applying that to their own situation, I also offer a written MRI review: I personally read your radiology report and your symptom story and write you a plain-English review within 72 hours. It is educational — it prepares you for your appointments; it does not replace them.
Scope and independence
SpineClarity is independent of any surgical practice's marketing funnel. Reviews are flat-fee; there is no procedure being sold and no follow-up sales call. The review is educational — it explains findings and options and helps you prepare for your own appointments; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace an in-person evaluation, and it is available regardless of where you live. Dr. Ohiorhenuan holds active medical licenses in Missouri, Kansas, Arizona, and California.
