Privacy Policy
SpineClarity (“SpineClarity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and any related case-review services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using this site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If you join a waitlist, request an MRI or case review, or contact us by email, you may give us your name, email address, and any clinical details, imaging, or report text you choose to share. Please share only what is necessary, and avoid sending sensitive information you do not want us to receive.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, privacy-friendly usage data through our hosting and analytics provider — including pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device or browser type. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to measure traffic without cookies and without building advertising profiles of individual visitors.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the site and its content;
- respond to your inquiries and provide any case-review or waitlist services you request;
- understand which articles are useful so we can prioritize new ones; and
- protect the site against misuse, fraud, or security threats.
We do not sell your personal information.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (for example, our hosting and analytics provider), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Otherwise we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
The site is designed to function without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; doing so should not prevent you from reading the educational content here.
A note about health information
SpineClarity provides educational information and written case-review support. We are not a hospital, health plan, or other “covered entity,” and using this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship (see our Medical Disclaimer). If you choose to send clinical details or imaging for review, we handle that information with care and use it only to provide the service you requested. This site is not a substitute for in-person medical care.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing contact@spineclarity.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
